All The Glory is looking in great shape at Jackdaws as preparations continue for the new jump season, with our mare steadily building her fitness ahead of her return to the racecourse.

We have two lovely new videos of All The Glory to share with members and she looks bright, relaxed and very happy to be back into her routine. It’s great to get another glimpse of her at home as the team gradually begin to increase her workload.

Trainers, Jonjo and AJ O'Neill said: “All The Glory is looking and going well. She is now back up to two canters on the hill gallops as we build up her fitness and look forward to the season ahead.”

There is plenty to look forwards to with All The Glory following her first season over fences, with six runs over the larger obstacles giving our mare valuable experience and providing Jonjo, AJ and the team with plenty to build on ahead of the new campaign

She began her chasing career at Chepstow last October, finishing second on her first start over the larger obstacles before gaining further valuable experience at Aintree and Exeter. Arguably her best effort of the season came at Windsor in January where she produced a cracking performance in a competitive mares' handicap chase, finishing third and going down by little more than a length.

She backed that up with another very respectable effort at Huntingdon the following month, finishing fourth in the Listed Lady Protectress Mares' Chase and only five lengths behind the winner. Those performances earned her a crack at Grade 2 company in the Mares'Chase at the Cheltenham Festival in March, highlighting the level at which the team felt she was capable of running.

Now nine, All The Glory has plenty of experience behind her and last season gave Jonjo, AJ and the team a much clearer picture of what she can do over fences. Her performances around the two-and-a-half-mile mark in particular offered encouragement and there should be plenty of options to explore once she is ready to return to the racecourse.

For now, the focus is firmly on building her fitness gradually, keeping her happy and allowing her to come to hand in her own time. Judging by these latest clips from Jackdaws, she looks to be thoroughly enjoying her work as preparations continue.

Some lucky Coral Racing Club competition winning members will also have the chance to see All The Glory for themselves very soon, with one of our upcoming stable visits. They’ll be able to meet our lovely mare at home and get a closer look behind the scenes as she continues building towards her return to the racecourse.
