Aspire To Glory has been declared to make his second start of 2025, as he heads north to Newcastle on Thursday for a race over a mile. 

Aspire To Glory ran well in a Classified Stakes race last time out at Southwell, with the opinion on the day being that over an extra furlong in similar company would benefit him on his next start. With that in mind, Alice Haynes has decided to send him Newcastle for the first time in his career for such a race at Gosforth Park, as he aims to go one better than last time in his second race of 2025.

He was also declared at Lingfield, for a race over 1m2f, but the decision was made to head to Newcastle instead as the belief was that this race would suit him better. 

Rowan Scott has been booked to ride Aspire to Glory for the first time, and it will also mark the first time that the jockey has ridden for the Club.
