Lady Mendoza is set to return to hurdling at Market Rasen later this week, following a couple of runs over fences that didn't quite go to plan. 

Following her latest outing, Rebecca Menzies made the decision to switch Lady Mendoza back to the smaller obstacles, as she felt as though our mare wasn't really enjoying herself in chase races. Her form over hurdles was solid for the most part earlier in the season, finishing third at Cartmel in her first race back after a long break, before coming home in fourth in back-to-back contests afterwards.
