A double header awaits with both Katalyst and Phoenix Of Dreams given entries next Tuesday
Katalyst, who is trained by William Muir & Chris Grassick, is on track to have her first run as a three-year-old next Tuesday with Lingfield's Class 6 Handicap (19:50) over a mile the intended target. This has been the plan for a few weeks now as she's continued to build up her fitness since the turn of the year and we're looking forward to seeing her back on the racetrack.
A little earlier on Tuesday we could also be set to see Phoenix Of Dreams make a swift return to action following this week's effort at Newcastle, as he's been entered at Southwell in their Class 5 Handicap (17:42) over seven furlongs. Trainer Sean Quinn reported back to us the day after the race that he'd come out of it in great form, so the team at Highfield Stables decided to give him this provisional entry and will assess the contest over the coming days.
If you'd like the chance to head to either Lingfield or Southwell as an Owner for the Day, click here to check out our competitions page.
Declarations will take place on Sunday morning for both races on Tuesday, so be sure to keep an eye out on the Coral Racing Club for the latest updates.
