Saturday is set to be an exciting day, as one of our recent recruits, Pop Star, is set to make his debut for the Coral Racing Club at Thirsk!

Our five-year-old gelding began his career at Ballydoyle with training legend, Aidan O'Brien, before making the move to Alice Haynes' Newmarket base in December of 2023. Pop Star won three times last year for his new yard and following one run in April this year, he joined the Coral Racing Club ranks at the start of May.

Pop Star's first run for the Club is set to be in the Class 4 Handicap over 5f (14:10) at Thirsk on Saturday, as he looks for a first win of the season on his debut in the blue and white silks.
