Once we got going with West End Boy this season, things have gone well. He's improved with each run, but I still think we have ended up with a fair handicap mark that we can work with next season.

There was a slight temptation to keep him going as the ground hasn't gone too quick yet at many tracks, but having given it some proper thought, he is a winter horse, and so the right thing to do is to give him a good break.

We'll look to bring him back into training around late July when we can then start to work towards an October reappearance for him.
