Diamond Days is a six-year-old gelding who was purchased by Joe, Peter and Ross Doyle for €35,000 at the 2023 Tattersalls Ireland Derby sale. His sire, Diamond Boy, was a Listed winner over 1m6f in France, and his progeny include Grade One winners L’Homme Presse and Impaire Et Passe.

He made his debut in a bumper in October 2024 and went on to run five times over hurdles with his best effort coming at Lingfield where he finished 2nd in January. He has since been switched to fences and will be one to keep an eye on throughout 2026 as he gains more experience, with Joe believing he will show his best over the bigger obstacles.
