During our trip to Manor House last week for the stable visit with Coral Racing Club members, we caught up with trainer Hugo Palmer to get the latest on Cast No Shadow following the minor fracture he sustained to his right hind last month.

The good news is that our four-year-old gelding has been recovering well, and following his box rest he's already been out walking which is a really positive sign.

That's all he'll be doing for the next four to six weeks as he continues his rehab, and then it'll be a slightly longer road to get him back up to full fitness before he's ready to see the racecourse again.
