WATCH: Cave Article and Hey Day Baby both get the green light for Taunton and Hereford this week

25 Mar 2024
It's set to be a busy week for the Coral Racing Club, with both Cave Article and Hey Day Baby set to run on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cave Article
is set to make his third start for the club in tomorrow's Class 4 Novices' Hurdle (14:50) over two miles and half a furlong at Taunton. Nick Scholfield has been booked to ride as regular jockey Jack Tudor is set to ride Manuelito for David Pipe. It will be Cave Article's third run for the club, and following that he will receive his opening handicap mark meaning he'll no longer need to run in novice or maiden company.

A day later on Wednesday, Hey Day Baby will make her sixth start for the club in the Mares' Handicap Hurdle (15:40) over two miles, three and a half furlongs at Hereford. She has been dropped 2lbs to a mark of 74 after she was pulled up at Southwell last time out, and Kevin Brogan will be in the saddle for the first time.
