Following his Coral Racing Club debut a few weeks ago, Cave Article has today been declared to have his second start under rules at Fakenham this Friday.

Cave Article had a strong excuse for being pulled up on his first start at Doncaster after the ground became very testing following the downpour around the South Yorkshire track in the days building up to the meeting.

In the post-race review, trainer Christian Williams said "He continues to work well at home and show me lots of positive signs, so I am not too disheartened by his opening run." and that he'd expect Cave Article to put in a much better performance on good or good-to-soft ground, which is what we're hoping for at Fakenham in a couple of days time.
