Our promising six-year-old chaser has been back in work for a couple of months and trainer Christian Williams is now ready to unleash him for his first start of 2026.

Following a very productive first half of the year last year which saw Cave Article win twice for the Coral Racing Club, he was given an extended break after his final start at the end of August.

Since the turn of the year, Christian has been working him back to full fitness and giving him plenty of schooling to sharpen up his jumping ahead of his return. Christian has previously told us that he believes Cave Article will definitely excel as a spring/summer horse, and with April right around the corner, we're excited to see what's to come.

With more experience under his belt and after having plenty of time to mature and grow once more, hopefully he'll be able to add to his three career victories in 2026, and we should be able to enjoy seeing him racing plenty of times over the coming months.
